DELIVERY & ORDERING POLICY:

We offer delivery worldwide. However, please note we are not responsible for any​ international taxes and duties charged, so please keep this in mind according to your country laws. We use FedEx shipping services where everything is insured and tracked.

Once your order is placed and payment has gone through,  you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped with a FEDEX tracking link.

 

Once we receive your order, items in stock will be shipped within 5 days and for items not in stock, it may take up to 10 days for item to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfil your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

We offer free shipping on all orders to Hong Kong.  For the rest of the world, we offer free shipping for orders above USD $550. For orders below USD$550, there is a standard shipping fee of USD$30.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to refund, return or exchange your order, kindly please contact us at info@tanisanahata.com

In order to be eligible for a return, items must be received back at tanisaJewelry within 15 days. Items must also be unworn, with original packaging intact. Please also note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

WARRANTY:

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date purchased on all our tanisaJewelry products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces, and want you to be fully satisfied. If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. However, please note our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
